- Connect and maintain WhatsApp Cloud API integrations via Meta Embedded Signup.

3. WhatsApp and Meta data
When a business connects WhatsApp through Meta Embedded Signup, Meta provides technical identifiers and tokens needed for messaging. We store these credentials per business tenant so messages can be sent and received securely. Message content is processed to power AI replies, booking workflows, and conversation history for that business only.
We do not sell WhatsApp conversation data. Access is limited to the business account that owns the connected WhatsApp number and authorized Replyfly operators where required for support or security.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable, we process personal data based on contract performance (to provide the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligations.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Meta / WhatsApp: to authenticate, send, and receive WhatsApp messages under Meta’s terms.
- Service providers: hosting, email, analytics, AI model providers, and payment processors that help us run Replyfly under confidentiality obligations.
